Turn the cases you already have into months of Instagram posts.

Most practices have hundreds of results sitting in a website gallery that never make it to Instagram. I turn each case into a carousel in your voice, and you approve them from your phone.

Your gallery is your best proof. It sits on a page few patients scroll through.

Patients want to see results before they book. You already have them: every case your team photographed and published. But turning one case into a post means picking the photos, covering them, writing a caption and getting it approved. So it happens once in a while, when someone has a free afternoon.

One surgeon I work with had about 465 cases in his gallery. At five posts a week, that's well over a year of content he already owned.

Before and afters are how patients decide.

Someone considering surgery can't try it on first. The closest they get is seeing real results from the surgeon they're thinking about, on a body like theirs. That's where trust starts, well before the first consult.

In a 2023 Aesthetic Surgery Journal survey of 651 people who'd had aesthetic procedures, 70% said it's important that a provider shows before and after photos.

Posting them every week keeps your results in front of patients while they decide.

20 to 30 minutes a post, by hand.

Doing one post yourself means downloading the case photos, dragging them into Canva, placing them slide by slide, covering every nipple, adding the text, then exporting it. That's 20 to 30 minutes for one post.

A batch of 10 is 3 to 5 hours of someone's week. Here, your part is reviewing the batch on one page.

What a post looks like

Two real carousels from two practices. Your carousels are customized to your brand and written in your voice.

Chicago Breast & Body Aesthetics · Dr. Anh-Tuan Truong's Instagram

Carousel cover: before and after photos with the patient quote 'I would like to look natural, of course not a lot of pain.'
Opens with her words. A real quote from the practice's own patient inquiry forms. Covers never repeat.
Carousel slide titled 'Is it safe to combine procedures?' with a front-view before and after photo pair and a short answer below
One angle, one answer. Each slide pairs a photo angle with a question patients actually ask, answered from your own website.
Carousel slide titled 'Who is a good candidate?' with a three-quarter-view before and after photo pair and a short answer below
Every claim checked. Facts come from your case notes and your site. Nothing is made up.
Carousel end card: the surgeon's portrait with the practice name, 'Want to see more results?', the office locations and a comment prompt
Ends on your card. Your photo, your locations, and one clear next step.

XSculpt · Dr. Marc Adajar on @xsculptmd. A men's practice, so the look is bolder: dark slides, short lines, one orange word.

XSculpt carousel cover: front-view before and after chest photos with the headline 'Grade 1 gyno. Gland out.' and '3 months after ChestSculpt'
Says it plainly. The grade and the timeline, up front.
XSculpt slide titled 'Why remove the gland?' with an angled before and after photo pair and a two-line answer
One question per angle. Why the gland has to come out, in two lines.
XSculpt slide titled 'How long is recovery?' with a before and after photo pair and a short answer
Recovery, answered short. A common question before booking, in one line.
XSculpt end card: the surgeon's portrait with 'Want to see more results?' and a comment prompt
Ends on his card. Same next step: comment GALLERY.

Photos shown with the practice's permission. Individual results may vary.

How it works

  1. I pull the next cases. From your live gallery, newest first, rotating procedures so your feed doesn't run five tummy tucks in a row.
  2. The photos get covered automatically. Nipples get your logo sticker or a blur, so posts follow Instagram's nudity rules. Then a person checks every photo, every angle, and you can nudge any sticker in a simple drag-and-drop editor.
  3. Each case becomes a carousel. A cover quote from your patients, one before and after angle per slide, a patient question answered on each, and your end card.
  4. The caption is written in your voice. Built from your case notes and gallery write-up. It ends with your call to action and "Individual results may vary."
  5. It checks itself. Prices, guarantees and claims your notes don't support get flagged and fixed before you see anything.
  6. You approve from your phone. Batches of 10 on one review page. Swap a quote, cut a case, or just say approved.
  7. It gets scheduled and logged. Posts go out at a set time on your account, and every one lands in your content calendar.

The guardrails

  • Nothing posts without your approval. Every batch waits for you.
  • Facts trace to a source. Your Drive notes, your gallery write-up, your website. When they disagree, I flag it so you can fix the gallery too.
  • No outcome promises. No prices, no guarantees, and every post says "Individual results may vary."
  • Built for platform rules. Every photo is covered or blurred before it posts, so carousels follow Instagram's nudity policy.
  • Your photos stay yours. I work from copies. Your gallery images are never edited.
  • You choose what's shared. Only cases you already publish, and any case you cut never comes back.

FAQ

Do I need new photos?

No. It runs on the cases already published in your website gallery.

Which platforms?

Instagram feed carousels today, on the surgeon's account, with the practice account added as a collaborator if you want both.

Will it sound like me?

Each surgeon gets a written voice guide built from how you actually talk to patients. Captions are written to it and checked line by line.

Where do the cover quotes come from?

Your own website inquiry forms. Patients describe what they want in their own words. I keep the words, never their names or details.

How many posts a week?

Five a week, which is 20 posts a month. Need a different pace? We can talk about it on the call.

What does it cost?

$1,250 a month per surgeon for 20 posts, five a week. There's a one-time $995 setup fee, which covers your voice guide and your carousel design. Commit to 6 months and the setup fee is waived. Otherwise it's month to month, with no minimum.
